This Return and Refund Policy explains how Miyawora (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles return requests, exchanges, refunds, replacements, and certain order cancellations for purchases made through our online store.

By ordering from Miyawora, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and the mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country or region. If local law grants you stronger rights than this policy, those legal rights will continue to apply.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests made within 14 DAYS / 30 DAYS from the date your order was delivered.

To qualify for a return, the product must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase if applicable.

Products must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, washing, assembly errors, misuse, or missing parts—unless the reason for return is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Subject to applicable consumer laws, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, customization, or discount-sale reasons. Unless local law requires otherwise, the following categories are non-returnable or considered final sale:

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards, store credit, downloadable items, and other intangible goods

  • Perishable goods, personal care items, cosmetics, earrings, underwear, swimwear, or other hygiene-sensitive products once opened or used (if listed in your catalog)

  • Discounted, promotional, surprise-box, bundled-only, or final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable at checkout or on the product page


3. How to Request a Return

To request a return within the allowed period, contact us at catluxury@miyawora.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos to your message.

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return address or return label. Do not send items back without prior authorization unless specifically instructed.

Recommended process setup:

  • Return request channel: Email, portal, or both

  • Proof required: Order number + photos (if applicable)

  • Authorization rule: Return must be approved before shipping

4. Shipping, Fees & Undelivered Packages

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.

If a package is refused, undelivered, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may deduct shipping, handling, return-to-sender, customs, or carrier fees from the refund where legally permitted.


5. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product and place a new order.

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is not available, we may issue a refund or store credit, unless local law requires otherwise.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery.

We may request photos, videos, or other information to review the issue. Solutions may include replacement, refund, store credit, or other remedies required by law.


7. Refund Method & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless another method is legally required or agreed upon in writing.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Depending on the situation and applicable law, we may issue a full refund, partial refund, replacement, or store credit.

If your order included customs duties, import taxes, or fees, refunds for these charges depend on the carrier, customs authority, and payment method used.

Refunds cannot be reversed once processed. If a refund was issued in error, we reserve the right to recover the amount through legal means.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly. Therefore, changes or cancellations are only possible before shipment begins.

9. Refund Requests & Policy Abuse

We ask customers to contact us directly to resolve order issues.

In cases of suspected fraud, excessive return abuse, resale activity, or behavior intended to exploit this policy, we reserve the right—subject to applicable law—to refuse returns, exchanges, or future purchases.
